1. Reporting

Any user can report a listing or an account through the reporting function.

2. Review

Incoming reports are reviewed. The review relies on deterministic signals (e.g. reporting volume, reported content characteristics) as well as manual review by Fahrzüg.

3. No Automatic Fraud Determination

An automated signal alone never results in an automatic determination of fraud or an automatic suspension. Every final measure is decided by a responsible human.

4. Pausing and Correction Requests

Depending on the outcome of the review, a listing may be paused or the listing creator may be asked to make a correction.

5. Account Suspension

In the event of severe or repeated violations, an account may be temporarily suspended. A suspended person is excluded from logging in but retains access to essential privacy and legal information.

6. Re-Review

After a correction, a re-review of the affected listing may be requested.

7. Appeal

A moderation measure can be appealed through the stated contact channel.

8. No Guaranteed Response Time

No fixed response time for reports or appeals is guaranteed.

9. Confidentiality of Internal Notes

Internal case notes on a moderation matter are confidential and are not disclosed to the reported or reporting person.
