Contact Terms — Fahrzüg AI

1. Draft Before Sending

A contact request to a seller is first created as a draft and is never sent automatically.

2. Explicit Confirmation

Actual sending only occurs after your explicit, separate confirmation of the specific message text.

3. Frozen Snapshot

Upon confirmation, the message text and the current contact details of the requesting and contacted persons are frozen immutably. Later profile changes do not retroactively affect an already-confirmed request.

4. Delivery and Retry

Sending occurs through an internal delivery component. In the event of a technical failure, a retry may be required; successful delivery is not guaranteed.

5. No Guarantee of a Response

Fahrzüg does not guarantee that the contacted person will respond.

6. No Sender Impersonation

An outgoing message is never designed to appear as if it originated directly and unmediated from the requesting person's private email account (e.g. Gmail); it is clearly identified as brokered through Fahrzüg AI.

7. Future Relay Architecture

A future development plan includes a dedicated relay address operated by Fahrzüg. Until it is introduced, the currently implemented delivery component applies.

8. Prohibition of Abuse

The contact function may not be used for advertising, harassment, or unlawful purposes.

9. Responsibility for Message Content

You are solely responsible for the content of a message you send.

10. Retention for Review and Security Purposes

Confirmed contact requests are retained for traceability and security purposes.
