Platform Rules — Fahrzüg AI

These Platform Rules supplement the General Terms and Conditions and apply to every use of Fahrzüg AI.
1. Truthful Listings
Information about the vehicle, condition, mileage, equipment, and price must reflect reality. Known material defects must not be concealed.
2. No Misleading Prices
Bait pricing, systematically understated prices, or prices later raised significantly without objective reason are prohibited.
3. No Stolen Photographs
Only photographs the listing creator holds the necessary rights to may be used. Using third-party photographs copied from other listings or the internet is prohibited.
4. No Duplicate Spam
Posting the same vehicle multiple times, artificially inflating result counts, or automated mass-listing outside the intended import function is prohibited.
5. No Unlawful or Prohibited Items
Stolen vehicles, vehicles with forged documents, and other items unlawful or prohibited in Switzerland may not be listed.
6. No Harassing Behavior
Harassment, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward other users will not be tolerated.
7. No Manipulation
Artificially influencing search results, ratings, hit counts, or the Match Score through technical manipulation is prohibited.
8. No Unauthorized Publication of Others' Personal Data
Publishing contact details, names, or other personal data of third parties without their consent is prohibited.
9. No Fraudulent Contact Behavior
Contacting users under a false identity, with fraudulent intent, or to circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms is prohibited.
10. Reporting and Moderation
Violations can be reported via the reporting function. The Moderation Policy, which describes the review and appeal procedure, applies in addition.
11. Consequences of Violations
Depending on severity, violations may result in a request for correction, pausing of the affected listing, temporary account suspension, or termination of the usage relationship.
