1. Current Plans
Fahrzüg currently offers the following provisional plans: Fahrzüg Free, Fahrzüg Plus, Dealer Start, Dealer Pro, and Enterprise (custom, activated only by an administrator, never self-service).
2. Provisional Prices
Stated prices are provisional and not yet activated through real payment processing. As long as no real payment activation has occurred, no actual payment obligation arises.
3. No Active Payment Processing
There is currently no real credit-card or other payment processing. Any future activation will be communicated transparently to users.
4. Billing Period
Once real payment processing is activated, the billing period (e.g. monthly) will be clearly disclosed before activation.
5. Renewal
Automatic renewal only takes effect once real payment processing is implemented, and only after prior, transparent consent.
6. Cancellation
A plan can be changed or cancelled at any time.
7. Downgrade
Switching to a smaller plan never deletes data. Resources above the new limit (e.g. active listings, Search Agents) are paused, not deleted.
8. No Deletion Solely Due to Downgrade
A downgrade alone never results in the deletion of content.
9. Usage Limits
Each plan defines specific limits (including active listings, Search Agents, PDF reports per month). Current usage relative to the limit is visible in your account.
10. Behavior on Failed Payment
A process for failed payments is prepared but inactive as long as no real payment processing exists. It only takes effect once real payment processing is activated and will be communicated in advance.
11. Price Changes
Price changes are communicated with reasonable advance notice before they take effect for existing paid subscriptions.
12. MWST (VAT)
As long as Mobil Digital GmbH is not MWST-registered, no MWST amount is shown. This will only be adjusted after official registration.
