Import Terms — Fahrzüg AI
Professional working draft – final review by qualified Swiss legal counsel recommended before public launch.
As of: 23.08.2026
These terms apply in addition to the Dealer Terms for the use of import sources.
1. Ownership or Authorization
For every vehicle submitted via an import source, you must either own it or hold express authorization to publish it.
2. Applicability of Third-Party Platform Terms
Where an import source is based on data or content from another platform, that platform's own terms of use remain unaffected and applicable.
3. No Override of Third-Party Restrictions
Your authorization as a dealer with Fahrzüg does not override any restriction imposed by a third-party platform. You are responsible for ensuring that use of third-party content is permitted.
4. No Unauthorized Scraping
Fahrzüg never automatically fetches external source URLs. A URL entered for a manual source-URL import source is stored purely as attribution text, never fetched or parsed.
5. A URL Is Not Proof of Ownership
Merely stating a URL does not constitute proof of authorization. Responsibility for lawfulness rests with the submitting person.
6. CSV, JSON, and Feed Responsibility
For records submitted via a CSV or JSON file, you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of every single row.
7. Image Rights
For photographs submitted via an import, Section 6 of the Platform Rules applies accordingly: only photographs for which the necessary rights exist may be used.
8. Deduplication
Fahrzüg detects repeated submissions using a reference value you provide and prevents the same item from being published twice.
9. Contact Data Matching
Regardless of what contact data an imported row might contain, only your dealer profile's verified contact details are used for a published listing.
10. Review Before Publication
Every imported item is manually reviewed before publication and may be rejected.
11. Import Errors
Incorrect or incomplete rows are not published. Fahrzüg gives no warranty for the complete processing of faulty import files.
12. Synchronization
Automatic, recurring synchronization with an external feed source is not implemented at the current stage.
13. Withdrawal of Source Permission
If your authorization to use an external source ends, you must pause the affected import source and remove the corresponding listings.
