Dealer Terms — Fahrzüg AI

These terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions for verified dealers.
1. Business Identity
When registering as a dealer, you provide truthful information about company name, address, and — where available — UID.
2. Authority to Represent
You confirm that you are authorized to represent the stated company.
3. Verified Business Email
Contact details submitted for dealer verification (name, phone, email) must be genuine, current, and attributable to the company.
4. Evidence
Fahrzüg manually reviews submitted evidence. No automatic lookup of official registries and no automatic processing of identity documents takes place.
5. Dealership Responsibility
You are responsible for all listings published under your dealer profile, including those submitted via an import source.
6. Team and Employee Access
Multi-user team access to a dealer profile is not implemented at the current stage; each dealer profile is tied to a single user account.
7. Package Limits
The limits defined by your subscription plan apply to active listings, Search Agents, and import sources. The Subscription Terms apply in addition.
8. Imports and Feeds
For vehicles submitted via import sources, the Import Terms additionally apply. Every imported item is manually reviewed before publication ("default review required").
9. Source Permissions
For every import source you set up, you confirm that you are authorized to use that source and that any third-party terms of the source platform are respected.
10. Contact Consistency
For imported listings, only your dealer profile's verified contact details are used, regardless of what contact data an imported row might contain.
11. Review Requirement Before Publication
Imported items are only published after explicit review and approval by Fahrzüg.
12. Suspension of Import
Fahrzüg may pause or deactivate an import source if abuse, incorrect data, or a violation of these terms is suspected.
13. Downgrade and Cancellation
Switching to a smaller plan or cancelling never deletes data. Listings or import sources above the new limit are paused, not deleted.
14. No Assurance of Technical Quality
Fahrzüg does not verify the mechanical condition or accident-free status of listed vehicles and gives no warranty in this respect, including for dealer listings.
